Terms of Service

I. GENERAL TERMS

If you wish to commission me, please do so through either email or the fill in form or contact me privately.

Provide neat references and description of what you want.  

Any rude or ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

II. PAYMENT

Commissions are paid in the full amount after sketch is provided. Customer may also choose to provide the amount in full before sketch, however all payments must be accepted by the artist otherwise they will be considered a tip and are nonrefundable.

I do not accept gil as payment, please contact me for rates.

III. PROCESS

Upon contact I will ask customers to provide me with references, after that I will provide a sketch for the customer. At this point, the customer may provide feedback on sketch. Once sketch have been approved, I take the payment in full.

After payment is made, the customer can no longer come with request to change anything of the approved sketch.

The customer may contact me and ask me to provide WIP (work in progress) pictures or ask questions about their commission.

The time for a commission can be all from a few days up to 3 months depending on factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, work and school, or family issues.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I always aim to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes can be made, such as small coloring/ marking mistakes.

All commissions are provided in large format and high quality. For the sake of this, I use ZIP files to send the artwork.

All artwork can be provided both with background and transparent if asked for.

All emotes will be provided as both HQ larger scale (approx. 900x 900 pixel) and smaller ones to use for Discord, Twitch etc. (approx. 500x 500 pixel or smaller)

Any larger changes will come with an extra charge. Larger changes may include but are not limited to; outfit change, addition to outfit or removal of said outfit, background change, addition of characters or pets.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold the right to the produced drawing. This means that I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself within any place or site, to display it anywhere to my liking and, to post it wherever I want. I will not directly sell any commissioned artwork in the form of prints or digital copies.

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Commissioner may print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. They may use the art to promote themselves with credit to the artist, for example on twitch or other similar websites.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially. You are now allowed to make money of it in any way.
  • Taking credit of the creation of the artwork.
  • Removing any watermarks or signatures.

Purchase of Commercial Rights

The commissioner may purchase the commercial rights to the artwork. The rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original commission price. With commercial rights, the commissioner is allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork, to use it in books, covers or to use it as props. Purchasing the rights also allows the commissioner to use the artwork to promote their own brand and may alter the work to their liking.

VI. CANCELING / REFUND POLICY

I, the artist have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. The commissioner do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If payment is not received, I, the artist have the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, the artist, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. It will forbid you to commission me, the artist, again. I have the right to file a complaint and I have the right to the payment you have provided.
